Haven Resort & Spa LLC operates this website and the resort at 1 Haven Point Road, Monterey, CA 93940. This policy explains what the website collects when you use it, where that information goes, and how long we keep it.

What this website collects

The contact form on this site asks for five things: your name, phone number, email address, the subject you choose, and a preferred day and time. The form collects nothing else.

No payment details, passport numbers, or ID numbers are requested or stored by this website. When you reserve a room, payment is handled by phone or on our secure booking page, not through this contact form. Reservation and stay records are kept in the resort's separate booking system, not on this website.

One setting stored in your browser

The cookie consent banner stores one entry in your browser's localStorage under the key waas_cookie_consent. It records a single word, accepted or declined, and stays on your device until you clear your browser data. The cookie notice at /cookie-notice describes it further.

How form submissions travel

When you submit the form, the site platform stores your submission and delivers a copy to the resort by email through SendGrid, our email delivery provider. A member of the team then calls or emails you to follow up.

How long we keep submissions

Form submissions are kept for 24 months from the date you send them, then deleted. This window lets the front desk follow up on open requests and answer questions about earlier ones.

No sale of data, no advertising trackers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies by default, and no third party marketing scripts. Your form details go to the resort and the service provider named above, and nowhere else.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your form submissions at any time. Email [email protected] with the name and email address you used on the form, and we will delete the matching submissions and confirm by reply.

You can also decline the consent banner. The site works the same either way.
